I was promised a unit after my wife and I had already turned in our 60 day notice. Now we are scrambling to find a home in 2 months. We are living off one income, because I’m disabled. We were really gunning for this place as our new home as this would be our first home as a married couple. Sooo, being that we are on one income. We can’t qualify for much except income restricted right now. Word of advice for the office staff, don’t promise someone a unit if you can’t guarantee it. That’s messing with peoples lives. So for this incorrect information we may not have a home, this is not ok! So for future applicants; if you apply here at this moment and end up on the waitlist, there are over 600 people on the waiting list currently… so no guarantees are promised!

My experience in this apartment has been great so far. I found it to be very quiet with great accomodations. Ms. Jackie Harris is the best very professional and knowledgeable she makes you feel at ease during the long and sometimes frustrating application process. A great shout out for her. Thank you Ms. Jackie!

I don’t know why they post their hours on the website and at the office if they’re never open when they say they are

Are they section 8 approved
Yes it's nice and the staff are really nice even the District Manager, but some of us have deadlines on when we need to move and the truth would have been helpful. If I'm applying for a income base apartments what makes you think I got money to lose my deposit. God is on my side, I just pray for everyone that's going through what I'm going through staff and all because it's stressful.
A week or two yea right, try a month or two
Yes there was some confusion, however your staff was unable to answer any questions re: the exemptions.
There is an income max per the total number of people in each apartment. Each bedroom maxes at 2 people. And the apartments go up to 4 bedrooms. Apartments.com shows you the max income caps, but I believe the caps have increased since I signed my lease last summer.
I live here and your clicker will open the door on the side of the office and the wash room is right as you walk in to the left. Also across from build 10 where the mailboxes are is a washroom Hope this helps
this place is ~not~ where you wanna live. The nicest and most helpful they are is when you apply. it goes steeply downhill from there. I've lived here almost 3 yrs. RUN!
Ghetto? Because of government living 😂😂 u sound like u should live with the queen. All ppl on housing aren’t ghetto but ppl who assume they are sounds ghetto!
The office is closed between 12:00 pm & 3:00 pm.. Try back at 3:00.
Hi Melissa, Thank you for the question. If you'd like to give us a call we'd be happy to answer all of your questions!
Thanks for the question! We use Denton Electric at The Veranda. Electricity is not included in the rent.
I think they're open every day until 6 and closed for lunch other than Sundays
All I needed was to prove that I made enough to afford the apartment but not too much to go over their income restrictions.
Hi Casey, thanks for your interest. Please contact the office directly so that we can answer your questions.
