This is my first time applying for an income base apartment and this will be my last. I've had a headache every since I put in that application. If only I was told the truth about how long this process would take I would have went somewhere else.

Yes it's nice and the staff are really nice even the District Manager, but some of us have deadlines on when we need to move and the truth would have been helpful. If I'm applying for a income base apartments what makes you think I got money to lose my deposit. God is on my side, I just pray for everyone that's going through what I'm going through staff and all because it's stressful.

Yes, its a pain in the ass, but the place is nice

There is always a waiting list on income based housing. But, they should advise upfront the expected wait time.
