Apartment is the best I've lived it. Internet is fastest I've ever had, supplied furniture is actually quality. Sure not everything is perfect, but any major issues I have are resolved in a timely manner.

I lived here from 2020-2022 with my roommate. We both had an excellent experience living at Gateway. Maintenance always came out either same day or within a day or two. Never had any bug issues in 2 years we lived there. I felt pretty safe, sometimes the main gate had issues but in the last few months I lived at Gateway they updated the system to a phone and since then was fine and always closed. Overall I felt very safe and I was a quick bus ride to the school. I would recommend it

Editing again to give an update. My apartment flooded due to a burst pipe while I was out of state visiting family. We had made 3 work orders over the course of a couple weeks complaining that water was puddling in our living room and maintenance did not fix the issue yet marked the order complete all three times. When the pipe did burst I was never contacted and didn't find out it had happened until days later when I got back. Fortunately only a few pieces of clothes got damaged. I was given a spare unit to sleep in (how generous 🙄) however this units air conditioning was not working so I ended up sleeping at a friend's house until they finally fixed everything and replaced my carpet. Overall do not live here the price isn't good enough to justify the incompetent management. When I moved in there was still trash from the previous person living there, I found the trash after being told I couldn't move in early because they were "cleaning" the rooms. When I put in a compliant they never replied. Security is terrible, people brought guns to the pool so many times they had to close the pool and email everyone not to bring guns. My roommate had his back windshield busted overnight and when we asked to see the security footage they told us that we could only see it if we contacted the police first. When our kitchen light broke they replaced it with a different light that is smaller so now there is a hole in our kitchen ceiling where the old kitchen light was. They changed the parking permit website randomly halfway through my 2nd year and a bunch of residents had their cars towed. This is just the things I remember there is plenty more. Rent here is cheaper than a lot of the other apartments in the area but it is not worth it, pay a bit extra to live somewhere else if you can afford it. I'm editing my review because they responded I wanted to mention that no, I am not lying about any of this there are other reviews with similar issues posted. I can't believe my own apartment complex would accuse me of lying for things they did.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! During my time there, the air conditioning went out about 7 times. The internet went down about four times, once for about a week. When I logged into my account, I discovered that management had charged my $75 security deposit to paint damages. I called Gateway to inform them that I had not caused any damage to the unit, and they asked if I could provide pictures and videos as proof. I sent the photographic evidence, and I noticed that someone had downloaded the photos and videos, but I received no response from Gateway. After speaking with my roommate, she informed me that no one had even checked the apartment. I noticed about a week ago that they added a new "rent" charge to my account after my lease term expired, dated August 1st. Someone then fraudulently logged into my account and paid this bill using my echeck information despite the fact that I had not given them permission to do so. When I spoke with a representative, they advised me to give the manager until Tuesday to resolve the issue. It is now Tuesday, and I have yet to hear from anyone. I now have to contact my lawyer for fraud and discrimination.

Per the State of Texas we are open to Gateway at Denton residents at 50% of our occupancy limit. All residents must have a pool permit.
Its a great place, rent is almost all included except electric. Maintenance is on point when it comes to work orders plus friendly office staff
There is...but you'll need your own router. And the only ethernet jacks are in the bed rooms.
They have a hookup as far as I know
