Where to start? Huge theft problem, our car was broken into 3 times and the window was smashed on the last occasion, management couldn’t even be bothered to send out an email, fix the lights at night, or alert the neighbors. They sure are quick to tow cars though. The appliances looked like they were from the 80s, and the rent for our apartment went up $400 before we decided to leave. Do NOT rent here, scroll down and see the reviews of others also reporting the same theft problems. Only good thing about this place is their maintenance staff.

The staff is awesome. Apartments are great. The curtesy officer on another level, he is very attractive and handles business around the complex.

I have been living here for 2 months and I have not found much wrong with the apartment. I live in the Da Vinci floor plan and it is very spacious. The maintenance requests so far have been completed quickly. The electric fittings in the house are quite old. Other than that so far it has been a good experience. The staff is polite and very helpful.

All the staff is really nice and professional. The maintenance crew is really good and anytime I have any issues the manager Chris will stop what he’s doing and fix the issue. I have seen the staff help people out with vehicle problems. The ladies in the office are very sweet and professional with the residence. The courtesy officer is on another level. He is very attractive and handles business around the complex. Overall this is a good complex to live in.

Lived here twice as well. I feel that it's a bit expensive for such small apartment sizes, but still a good place to live. You pay extra per month for wastewater, stormwater drainage, trash/recycling, etc. I believe that cost is divided up between the number and size of the units in your building. For me, it's about an extra $30-40 per month. You also pay $10 monthly per pet (if you have any) after your initial pet deposit. You also have to have renter's insurance and if you don't get your own policy, you have to pay an extra $20/month (and that only covers the apartment, not your personal items). Then you pay the city separately for utilities on top of that. So there are a lot of little costs that you might not think about initially that you'd have to pay on top of your base rent each month. My total rent each month is about $60 higher than advertised.
No utility included but girls work hard at presentation. I had an insurance claim that another tenant was responsible that never got resolved. They offered me $1k but the damage was $2.1k, I asked for $2.5k, they refused.
