What is the corporate number? I’m having the worst Ocean City experience thanks to the employees of the hotel. From false advertisement on the booking website to a lobby full of angry guests complaining about being bitten by bed bugs & more.

Never had a problem our organization stays there every year the last 12 years and they accommodate us with anything that we may need, it's a great hotel to stay in, I had a Bayside room and it was awesome

I cannot find a corporate number. Instead, go to their Facebook page and post your concerns. Also, leave a detailed but very honest review. If you suspect bedbugs, hightail it out. Dispute financial disparities with your credit card company. Good luck.

Stayed there in April, had a bayside view room and no issues, staff was great as well. That's my experience but I have heard others complain about their regular rooms.

I never had a problem here stayed many times. Pleased each time
