We stayed here with our 3 year old and it was just meh. The hotel is on the older side and in need of renovations. The rooms are outdated, carpet had a slight stench, rust in several areas, and the bathroom was small (even for one person). Not to mention, the hotel towels were very hard...OUCH! After the beach we planned to go to the indoor pool and it was unpleasant, to be polite. The water was foggy, the floor tile was coming up, there was rust all around, and no ventilation. Lastly, the parking garage has limited parking and does not have an elevator. On the flipside, the location is amazing! It's on the beach, two restaurants downstairs, bike rental outside, and not a bad walk to the games/arcade. While this hotel did the job the year, we will not stay again.

Positive: Location was great and everyone was super nice!! Negative: I didn¿t like that we got the room right next to the elevator. Found some hair in the bed that definitely wasn¿t ours but didn¿t notice it until we were about to leave ,

Nice place with prime boardwalk location. Rooms were a little plain and the beds weren't comfortable at all. It was hard to get a good night sleep but the location made up for it. If they maintained the rooms a little better and upgrade the beds I would give them 5 stars.

We stayed at this Ocean Front Hotel while we were there. It sits right on the board walk at 11th street. The location was perfect for us. We love to walk, plus see all the shops and food places. The hotel was very clean. The size of room was large, so you had plenty of room to move around. 2 queens and a couch that contains a full bed. The bath room is on small size but was redone for this season. We were on 4th floor and one day the elevators were down for most of the day, which required us to use the stairs. Not to bad for us, but those on the upper floors had a more difficult time while trying to carry cooler and beach chairs. The service was good, they have a large pizza restaurant and bar on sit. I would go back again. The sun rise each morning is beautiful .
