Customer service was AMAZING from the beginning! On my way to the hotel I realized I forgot my drivers license but I had my passport which was expired. I called and they said no worries they will be able to use that. The room 417, was exactly what we were expecting. The room was super clean! The free breakfast was great too. They served eggs, sausage gravy, sausage patties, pancakes, French toast sticks, cereal, muffins, yogurt, bagels, toast, orange & cranberry juice along with coffee. It was great! Joe and his co-worker up front were so nice. I would totally recommend this place. The only thing is they don’t have a pool other then that everything was great!

We just came back from a 3 day stay at Best Western. Staff is very friendly & good breakfast. But the room was not the greatest. The 1st day there was a strong smell of cleaner & later in the evening the smell was a musty/mildew smell that was overpowering. You can't open the window but a small 3 inch crack for fresh air. The tub jets had black mold all in them. Thankfully it was a quick trip or we would have went elsewhere. Unfortunately we won't be back.

Location was great, short walk to the beach. Breakfast was decent, some items were the same daily and some items switched up. Front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Room was as clean and comfortable. Cleaning service was missed a couple days and had to go to the desk to get towels and toilet paper. Parking was good, but note you only get one parking tag per room. Other cars have to be parked across the street. Overall, nice comfortable stay.

Pros: free parking, decent proximity to beach Cons: lowest air setting still wasn't very cold, room smelled of mold/must, breakfast line was a nightmare (actually skipped due to length) Wouldn't stay again. This just served a last minute need.

There are lots of restaurants around Best Western Ocean City Hotel & Suites. There's Dry 85 on 48th Street, Dumsers Dairyland & Seacrets on 49th Street, Mackys Bayside on 54th Street, Alley Oops on 55th Street, Johnny's Pizza and Dunkin' Donuts on 56th Street, Bad Monkey on 58th Street, Fagers on 59th Street, and Sea Bay Cafe on 60th Street. There's also the OC Towncenter Midtown Boardwalk on 68th Street which has a collection of restaurants and shops.
Check in is at 3 you have to check out at 11 you can put your bags there but you can't stay there and go in your room 2 3 and if you going to book it call the hotel because they giving us $20 gift cards back you have to mail it in though if you do it online you won't get the $20
Hi Paula, Our hotel is located on the bayside of Ocean City. You would need to cross Coastal Highway and walk one block to the beach.
