Our stay at the Grand was truly awesome. We celebrated our anniversary a few days before Memorial Day. I was fortunate to connect with Pat who went above and beyond. Down to the minute details, Pat was instrumental in helping me get a floral arrangement that simply made my wife's day. The arrangement was still gorgeous more that a week after we first got it. She even assisted us in finding a place to eat apart from the Epic's mouth-watering burgers. Her recommendation was tops! Our room was well designed and the private balcony overlooking the Atlantic absolutely breathtaking. We wandered the hotel and there was nothing to complain about. The room was clean, the staff courteous and anything we wanted was quickly supplied. Kyle was also extremely helpful in helping us navigate the southern tip of Ocean City. We will definitely revisit soon. Kudos to Pat and Kyle.

First time staying here. Great option, pools, great ocean views from the balcony. The views from the elevator lobby of the bay were great too. Clean lobby and room, didn’t hit the Bar and Grill. We had a group of room all next to each other and it was great. Lobby opens right to the boardwalk, indoor shops and food. A ton to do out on the boardwalk and leaving the hotel is easy. The parking garage fill quick so we walked a bunch. Service was good. We will come back

Positive: The location is great right near the beach and boardwalk. Covid really hit this area bad. The wait times for the restaurant on the premises is a lot. The food isn¿t the greatest. The restaurant located on the sixth for breakfast was good. Negative: The restaurants on the premises aren¿t the greatest. Higgins and Shooties are very tasty venues definitely try them out. The indoor pool was not heated and the outdoor pool wasn¿t open.

The view was wonderful. Check in and check out was quick and friendly. The room could have been cleaner. The table and night stand were not cleaned after the prior visitors it was obvious. The housekeeping personel were seen sitting in an empty room talking for a good amount if time. The deadbolt did not work on the door and the heat only warmed the room when put up on 80 degrees. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was very good and very reasonably priced by getting the early bird special. Glad I only stayed there one night.
