We were pleasantly surprised despite the reviews and the woman complaining LOUDLY in the office because her kids didn't like the smell of their room. Ours was clean and suited our need of location and price for a last minute stay. Only thing, beach front on the ground floor is more like "dune front". Ms. Wanda was super friendly!

The pictures on website are not how the property looks! There is no privacy on so called balcony-people sit out there and smoke weed snd party while u try to get through to your room. The bathroom has hair in tub on several areas and the floor. The room had this ugly outdated carpet and they don’t take trash or bring fresh towels. The room has a horrible odor that I can’t explain. The pool area is not fabulous like the pictures shows and just eww people sit or stand on all areas where u need to access and they just smoke and drink. This property has no standards at all!

I knew as the cheapest place that was beachfront, we wouldn't be getting a luxury hotel, but even with low expectations, I was a bit let down. It felt like there was no effort involved. The rooms are perpetually wet. And I felt like I couldn't really cuddle in to the sheets or pillows. Although there were no bedbugs! The '"patio" is really just a sale of concrete with a few picnic tables and rusty lounge chairs. It isn't technically on the board walk which was a let down. The sand between the hotel and dunes was full of glass cigarette butts. Last but not least there were people right in front of our door all night keeping us up. All in all if it's the only thing you can afford and you want to visit ocean city go for it.

It was okay, but I wouldn’t stay here again. Our sheets and towels were clean and the floor itself didn’t look that bad. The staff were also nice during our stay as well. But the room itself is very outdated; one of the few outlets inside was not working and we had to move the tv to the one that did. The toilet was also not initially working when we got into the room, but we somehow got it working after many, many attempts of flushing it.
