The condo association does not have them. It would all be up to an owner if they have either for renter use. They likely wont because the salty air destroys stuff like that; however, playing in the sand usually keeps any young ones busy for hours.

Yes actually Billy's Rentals on the island does offer chairs and umbrellas that you can rent for the week. They will even drop the rentals off at the complex. As well as mentioned, owners should have some chairs provided that you can take to the beach, but will likely not have an umbrella.
The elevator is at the center of bldg 1, about 100 ft from unit 133. A short walk on the outdoor walkway.
Power had been restored as of this morning. Very minimal damage, couple of torn screens and 5 palm trees snapped.
