Yes actually Billy's Rentals on the island does offer chairs and umbrellas that you can rent for the week. They will even drop the rentals off at the complex. As well as mentioned, owners should have some chairs provided that you can take to the beach, but will likely not have an umbrella.
Not that i know of, but a lot of the owners have them available as part of their rentals
