Pros: I paid for a 2 bed queen suite with balcony and jacuzzi tub. Excellent room...oceanfront views from spacious balcony. As expected with a suite, room included a fully equipped kitchen and separate living area. Property is beautiful and well maintained and right on the boardwalk for those who want to be on the boardwalk. Con: first night, my daughter found a toenail in one of the sheets and housekeeping changed them immediately....but why the toenail in the first place? When we arrived home after our 4 night stay, I realized we left behind 2 jackets in the closet. I called the hotel immediately and after a week of going back and forth between phone calls, no one was able to locate the 2 jackets...they were in the closet! The manager was nice enough to offer us one night at a discounted rate. Overall, the hotel is nice with 2 separate outdoor pool areas with bar service in the adult section. But we should not have had a toenail issue or lost jacket issue (which were in the closet) after paying over 550 per night!

The rooms were very large and the view is beautiful. Other guest were offered free upgrades for Oceanview while we had to pay full price. That was a bit upsetting. The prices offered for extra days were also $50 over the listed internet price so we did not stay an extra day. The bathroom was not cleaned and the hot tub was not fixed and disinfected when we addressed the issue in our room. I do believe if we had a working hot tub that did not have nasty items spraying out that our experience would be much better. I also believe the front desk staff needs to do better on accommodating ans welcoming guests.

Hotel is super nice. Rooms are very spacious with a living room, kitchen and bedroom. Room was clean and so was the lobby. Appliances are new and stainless steel. We were here off season so the price wasn’t too bad, but it can get pricey during summer and I get it why. Its on the boardwalk and by the beach. Location is excellent. Indoor pool is a bit small but our kids enjoyed it. Definitely a very good hotel.

We just stayed this past weekend for 3 nights. I haven’t stayed here for probably a few years. I have always loved it. The renovation is super nice!!!! This hotel is clean and always smells clean! The bar and food is great. Great access to the beach and board walk. I prefer off season only because in season can get very pricey. Can’t wait to be back!
