I was scammed here, their employees used a card reader to clear one of my accounts. Management is in on it and does nothing to rectify. I would not recommend travelers to attend here

Just moved in the Hollywood area and I heard music outside of thirty one lounge and so I walked in and was greeted by a gentleman name juju and welcomed us with a great personality and first thing we ask for was a hookah and he made us a great amazing flavor hookah I’m glad we walked in because the music was a old school music which was great to hear my childhood music thank you juju for the hospitality I’m only up the street and will continue to come back

Visiting from Orlando this lounge was one of the best experiences Iv had not only was JuJu a great vybe he was the person checking on all my friends making sure were having a great time and he made our hookah omg best hookah Iv had by far thank you Juju and Thirty1 staff y’all are amazing will be back
