Let’s start with bathroom sink didn’t drain properly, shower drain broken, the shower head was held together with a ton of silicon. No exhaust in the bathroom. Beds are extremely firm (I’m okay with that) but the pillows they supply are the size for an infant and they are flat. They have stains on the couch that look like red juice and or blood. 🤮 They have a fitness room I Wanted to use, just to keep a standard routine I have. Welp everything was broken. Ground floor smells like pee near the elevators,I’m guessing because this is dog friendly. The barking from the dogs at random times in the morning and night is annoying.. They have free breakfast, don’t waste your time, it’s the size of a closet. Selection was trash, you make your own waffles, and well no one cleans them after each use. Bacon, sausage and eggs (we all know they are watery ) and cereal… Only good thing was really it was close to the beach and Jolly Rogers. It says this place is 8yrs old. But I can’t believe it. Staff is very friendly and nice. Gotta give it them. They do keep rooms clean too.

My husband and I went to Ocean City MD for one night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We decided to stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites because we wanted to take our fur baby. We paid more than $300 for one night which we did not care much but we were so disappointed with our stay. The only good thing was that our dog could stay with us. The room's floor was so dirty you can tell it has not been cleaned in a while. It was not dusted, the lamps had so much dust. But what was the worst part was the horrible smell in the bathroom. It smelled like wet towels but 10x worst. I checked the towels in the bathroom they did not smell. The horrible smelled came from the shower curtain which was cloth material and there was not a plastic curtain, it was just the cloth one. It is beyond me that housekeeping cannot change the shower curtain as it is nearly impossible to ignore the horrible smell as soon as you enter the bathroom. I was going to say something but my husband said we are here just for one night, do not say anything. But I am leaving this review maybe someone from the hotel will read it for the housekeeping to do a better job. The steam iron in the room had marks showing people obviously burned clothes, I called the front desk to bring another one, they sent someone but the steam iron was worst or the same than the one in the room. It was a bad experience overall, we will not be returning anytime soon.

This was a very nice and clean hotel. Close to the beach and plenty of restaurants. The pool was really nice. The rooms were very big. Love that you can walk anywhere. The balconies are great we were able to see the beach from our room. Will definitely go back again.

The shower needs a lime and rust remover done to the shower head. Water literally went everywhere but on you. Very dog friendly and accommodating. There is a small turf area for the dogs. We walked ours around the block and up to the beach. Breakfast was pretty good. You can make your own waffles. Ice machine was broke and had to go down to the next floor but not a big deal. Staff was so friendly. There is a little arcade on the second floor your kids can go play that is not too expensive. Great distance to the beach and restaurants. Will be back again.

They didn't before Wyndham bought them out but they do now. It's reasonable considering all the extra cleaning and maintenance that allowing dogs creates. I definitely say it's worth it to have our furbaby with us!
