AC unit was very loud and seemed to run 24/7. AC unit was located on wall above my bed...I came home sick with sinus infection and bronchitis. Maybe unit was never cleaned. We asked for a toaster three times, each time was promised we would be brought to our room never got one. Bayside beach area was nice. No continental breakfast and Finnigans only had booze no food. Price was very high for such outdated hotel with few amenities. Roof top pool was nice. Stayed July 27 to July 23, 2022.

Everything on this vacation here was wonderful. Checking in was easy. Rooms was very spacious, lots room to move around with at least 7 person . Location was everything you needed with roof top pool, inside pool, beach in walking, Pier restaurant/bar on premises. I didn't need to be nowhere else with my daughter and grandson. I wished I had my other 5 with me this trip. We rode down the street to boardwalk dinner and back to the building 😍. I the host was everything, there for whatever you needed. Towels and linen was given no problem. I'm going to use this hotel again it was the #1 on my 4th visit this year to date. See y'all soon.

The halls and room had a strong moldy smell that made me uncomfortable. The towels in the bathroom had stains on them. And in addition the guests staying were usually loud and seemed to be drunk. Our neighbors who looked around their mid 20s knocked repeatedly on our door and then ran away. And outside their was a loud argument that occurred between a motorist and truck owner that woke us up in the middle of the night. Honestly the cost of the stay did not match the treatment you’ll get here. The only positive thing I can say about our stay was the pool located on the roof that also had a nice view and the politeness of the receptionists. If anything you should just check out the best western plus hotel nearby. They have very clean rooms, free breakfast, and it was quiet for a decent price.

Princess Bayside was a great choice for our anniversary getaway. It's 2 blocks from the beach and close walking distance to some good eats. The view of the bay from our Balcony in the South building was to die for. We booked ahead through a third party app, no issues checking in. We checked out the pool on the roof and it could have been better bar never opened up and we saw cigarette butts in the pool filter, so be cautious. Otherwise it was a great stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in OCMD away from the boardwalk.
