This hotel is absolutely fantastic. If we could give a 10 star rating we would. We are returning guest. This hotel is extremely clean from the lobby to the room you stay in. It smells clean, it feels clean, it is clean. The staff is very friendly the front desk, the maintenance people you come across and housekeeping. There are the cutest animals made from their towels placed on the beds and in the bathrooms. ( Elephant, Crab, and dog) Amazing!!!. Very welcoming. This hotel is in a great location to many things. Breakfast, inlet, shopping, The views are amazing. We had a very bad experience at another hotel and this hotel turn our almost ruined vacation into more then a great success and allowed us to have a relaxed, fun time with family. Thank you park place hotel. We will stick with what we know. We will see you again on our next trip to oc. Hopefully for the Fest. Pictures from our room

This was a great place to stay with my family. We had an ocean view from our balcony, it was so nice to open the door and be able to hear the ocean and feel the ocean breeze. The room was very clean, as well as the rest of the hotel. This place is located in just the right spot, in my opinion its on the best part of the boardwalk. And there's an exit that leads from the lobby to the boardwalk. They have a pool, but we chose to go to the beach. Last but not least, The staff were very pleasant. When we decide to visit OC again. This is definitely where we will stay.

Room was clean and spacious. Location is great - access to the boardwalk from lobby of hotel. Kids loved it and already want to go back! My only complaint was the restaurant wasn't open much (probably because they weren't yet in their busy season). Also, as a random side note, the in-room coffee maker is a 4-cup drip coffee maker. I wish hotels would switch to something that accepted k-cups. They are so much more convenient when traveling!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I could be any happier with our stay this weekend. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The rates are better than a lot of big name places I've stayed at here in OC . This is our go to place to stay from now on . We just happened to stop in while walking the boardwalk and I'm glad we did . The view from our room was also incredible . I'm looking forward to our next stay here in a week or so .

Yes. You can enter or exit right ontonthe boardwalk. Very convenient.
If you are looking for a good deal or if Park Place is booked check out Sea Mist they have multiple hotels and you can get a good deal for the Tides bldg right on the beach
Not sure it was vacation with family
Both pools are heated. We do not have a hot tub, but the pools have jets along the side.
Stayed there two weeks ago. They are extremely efficient. You have to wear a mask in the lobby and if you're walking around the hotel. Check in is quick and easy and most of the time your room is ready to go. Love Park Place recommend to all!!
