Being just on the other side of OCMD, it is a busy place to stay, check-in was not too bad. There was two people at the desk. Parking can be a little terrible at night if coming back from a late one out. Based on other hotels I have stayed at, the beds were rather lower tier as was the TV. Most places have some form of streaming app attached, but there was none and no channel list provided and the TV guide channel didn't match the channels. A bit of a unique gripe to have but when unwinding in the room after a long day, it sucks flipping through channels and watching tv ads just to realize it's not the channel you wanted. All in all, the service was great, just the rooms could use some updates.

Pull out couch had no sheets or anything and the mattress is stained. Floor is extremely damp in our pet friendly room. Funky smell. Inside of the microwave coating is peeled and rusted making it unhealthy and dangerous. never had a problem with comfort inn until now.

The area is nice. However is not closed to the beach. The internet went down in the second day I was here, our phones has a death zone connection, so not good for a 13 years old boy without wifi in his phone. I didn't have hot water in the morning. Which I have to complaint. Since the free breakfast is between 6am-9am. For the price I paid is not worth it. Definitely I will not come back here. I choose it because is pet friendly. I think is one of the positive things.

The location is on the main drag, so it's easy to get to, and on that main drag is access to plenty of places to eat, shop, and entertainment. The property itself is nice, nicely decorated and the room was nice as well. The beds were very comfortable, has a small refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. Also had a nice little couch that has a piece on the end you can sit back and put your feet on. I would definitely stay there again.

You CAN walk but it's a mile, so you won't want to.
