If i could give no stars I would. They kicked me out of the practice because my insurance company filled a grievance against them then he called me a liar and said the insurance company can't do that. So now I'm stuck without meds and in severe pain because they got mad that Nicole couldn't do her job and my insurance was tired of her not picking up the phone or providing the information they needed.
