The lady behind the desk was very rude. We got there early and I understand the room was not ready but the way she talked to my son, saying nonono. The room was just ok, the bathroom wall had mold on it. the only good thing was the view of the ocean. there is no one there to help you with your bags and the carts they have are falling apart.

To the reply from the owner Yes there was several attempts made to cancel as soon as I found out my daughter was sick, so I would be assured I wouldn't be charged i did call multiple times. Your policy is terrible especially since I lost my father to COVID-19 you think there would be some kind of exceptions but whoever I spoke to did not care at all!! And there was no verbal aggression to your staff whatsoever. I've already contacted my bank and the BBB and hopefully these reviews will help others steer clear of your establishment. Well to start off we walked into the room and It look good at the start but once we got settled we noticed hair on every pillow, sheets were NOT clean, and just wasn’t very good. The bathroom wasn’t all it and was very hard for a family of four to stay in, in the mornings two of us would have to brush our teeth in the kitchen sink. I folded out the pull out bed and it was sinking in at the middle so it wasn’t the best but I made it work. We ended up having to switch hotels a day before our last day because we just couldn’t stay there any longer.

it would’ve been fun for one night but we stayed two. we paid for a room with a kitchen— it was barely stocked and had zero pots or pans. the lady at the front desk refused to give us any and was generally pretty rude. then, our keys stopped working on day two. when my friend told the front desk she said, “of course they did.” what does that even mean ?????????? the manager was nice tho.
