I have tried to view this apartment twice. The leasing staff appears to never be in the office and they never answer the phone. First, they were our of office for days, now they are out for an extended lunch. It is HIGHLY FRUSTRATING. I will be taking mt business elsewhere.

Today is May/12/2022 Thursday. Maintenance Man Glen stopped by to fix the bathroom sink from leaking. I noticed a water problem and I called rental office yesterday evening and spoke with Shawna and updated her about my problem she said someone will be over and take care of it. Maintenance is incredibly and staff at the rental office where I live are wonderful caring people and I don't have anything negative to say about anything here since I moved in last December/10/2021. I recommend anyone to live here😊 Maintenance stopped by to address my problem and he was very polite and explained to me what needs done and I called yesterday or day before about my situation here and management assured me that it will be looked into and taken care of and I am surprised by the response time which was fast...and the maintenance man knew what he was doing and assured me that everything is going to be taken care of and I'm happy... Whoever talks about bugs being here in the apartment's all I can say about this is I haven't seen not a hair one in my apartment... I think staff here are good hearted people Sincerely Jennifer 😊
