I got lucky here my neighbors are nice how ever the people below me leave their dogs home for days sometimes and they howl all day and night it’s sad. My car got hit in a hit and run less than a month into moving the office tried to help me find the culprit via their security cameras but alas no luck. The price is decent for the square foot it’s a nice starter apartment for people that have little to no credit or felonies on their record.

Very deceptive practices. Cable not included despite advertising on their website. Offered a concession for false ad, then increased the rent by $100.00. I refused to sign the lease. Off street parking consists of lot full of trash, glass, and construction supplies. Not given opportunity to physically view unit until lease signing day. Leading agent was not allowing time to read documents. I had to say several times I won't sign anything until I read it.

I didn’t know that mask nazis demanding that you mask up in their office could still stay in business in July 2022. Several employees weren’t wearing masks, and the rude woman who insisted my wife wear hers up over her nose wasn’t wearing hers properly either. I was surprised that I had to phone them to get in the office for our scheduled appointment, and shocked when they locked us inside once there. The last straw was when they insisted that they hold our IDs to look at an apartment. We left without viewing one. It was a terrible experience all about their unreasonable policies, and nothing about renting an apartment. I’ve been a landlord myself for 25 years and was just there to look at an apartment for a relative. I can’t believe they can get tenants when treating people this way.

We Literally left before we even had a showing of an apartment with this crazy company. We had an appointment but they wouldn’t let us in without calling; we walked in and was immediately and rudely shoved a mask in our face.(although some of their OWN employees were NOT wearing masks and not to mention the mask mandate has been lifted and also…vaccines are available now. Just the entire experience was horrible and from the looks and smell of their office that smelled like old clothing and cheap perfume,, I wouldn’t want to rent one of their apartments for my kid anyways. And this crazy office LOCKED us in and had to use a key when we wanted to leave—which is AGAINST the law! If you want to keep people safe quit worrying about useless masks and don’t lock people in -incase your dirty office has a fire.

If u Explain your situation everybody situation is different I know that they work work with you and they are very fair fair if the person was month to month to month then you shouldn't have any problems with your record as much because when you're month to month when you leave you don't have the same actions actions taken that you would if you were in a 6 month lease if you had a 6 month lease and you or somebody else left In 2 months instead of writing out the lease Then that means you did not abide by the contract or the lease and you have to pay the remainder of what they would have got if somebody stayed for that 6 months but given that you were month to month they're going to look at that different
