I am trying to move here will they work with people who had a eviction because I put my name on a lease for a family member and they moved even though the lease was up and she was going month to month

If u Explain your situation everybody situation is different I know that they work work with you and they are very fair fair if the person was month to month to month then you shouldn't have any problems with your record as much because when you're month to month when you leave you don't have the same actions actions taken that you would if you were in a 6 month lease if you had a 6 month lease and you or somebody else left In 2 months instead of writing out the lease Then that means you did not abide by the contract or the lease and you have to pay the remainder of what they would have got if somebody stayed for that 6 months but given that you were month to month they're going to look at that different

The eviction has to be at least a year old I believe.
