I payed 300$ deposit 50$ application. Application was denied and still holding my deposit 300$. They send me to send pictures my debit card with expiration date and everything to refund I don't know why!!! That's weird My name ABDICHAKOUR MOHAMED please refund my deposit .

I submitted my Aplication before they changed the monthly leasing payment they asked me to bring any documents I do then they change monthly payments they rejected me that’s not good

Hi Robert, None of the units at Ravine Bluff have a basement. We offer 2-bed, 1-bath apartments and townhomes. Some of our units do offer washer/dryer hookup.

I am so interested in this community. I drove by and I love it and it’s still close to both of my jobs. my only question is, do you accept people with previous evictions? It’s 5yrs old.

An eviction alone will not immediately disqualify you, but the leasing office will inquire about the circumstances surrounding the eviction, as well as other typical qualifying criteria.

Is it safe to continue to stay in an apartment with a gas leak? The property manager said it is ok to after I experienced repeated gas leak 3 consecutive days after confirmation from Columbia gas company .
