Okay my a/c keep going out and water keep getting on my carpet and they been out here 3 times for the same problem and they still won’t fix it right now my floor is soaking wet I’m so tried of them not fixing my things right

How does one get maintenance to do the work that needs to be done in the apts. My brother's apt. needs a list of 5 things that were not done when he things moved in. Residents complain but things just get put off. Why pay rent?

You may need to call the office for that info. I have a 2 bed room and I love it. Neighbors are friendly, quiet. My only complaint and I'm not even sure it happened at the woodlands is on new years someone was shooting a gun and it sounded like they were right outside my door. Maintenance comes quickly if there is an issue. The lady's in theoffice are friendly and very helpful.

Do that tak eviction and if so how much of a deposit is there?
