My Boyfriend has lived here for 3 plus years. Pays his rent on time. He has been complaining about the water bill being way too high $178.42 this last month and even the Manager said it shouldn’t be any more than $10 - $20 a month. He’s renting month to month because nothing is getting fixed and his last payment was just over $800. For a little one bedroom dump. The wall paper is peeling off the wall from the damp. ( There’s probably Mold behind it too) the bathroom faucet has been leaking since he moved in. The fridge keeps freezing his food then leaking water onto the floor, and the laundry room is disgusting. They have JUST put a lock on the laundry room door because I complained about people coming and doing laundry here who don’t live here. Half the time the machines don’t work or takes your money which you have a hard time getting back and the floor is about to fall through to the crawl space. The Manager ( as she is called) don’t care either when you tell her. And they always want to come in when you’re not home. Cars are getting broken in to on a regular basis and vandalized. As well as being stolen. I asked when they were going to fix the lights on the lamp posts and on each building. Dee the office person told me in January it would be two weeks. Here it is now June and still know lights. The property has huge holes in the drive ways also. I DO NOT recommend living here at all. Management lie’s just to keep you quiet.

10 out of 10 would not recommend. Has mold and roaches until it gets cleaned up would not recommend at all
