Worst shuttle service, you hardly have one ride every hour, rather spending one dollar extra per day and park in better parking companies who can provide better service..

I have been using Omni services for the past 5 years now. The service has decreased tremendously over the years. Your car will be safe but upon arriving back to MCO - expect to wait anywhere between 45-1hr for a shuttle to arrive although they pride themselves in stating a shuttle rotates the airport every 15-20 minutes. Don’t try to contact them after 8pm, the phone just rings out. After this I will never use their service again

Never use the Omni parking service here. The customer service is pathetic and it’s not a 24 hr service. We were super tired after a long flight and we waited in the airport for more than an hour at 4am in the morning for the shuttle to come pick us up. We’ve called them more than 20 times and there was no answer. We had to take a cab and reach the Omni parking space. When I called earlier one of the agents hung up on me while asking regrading the timings of the parking service. Hope they shut this place and go home since none of the employees here work anyway and are super rude. Please do not use their service.

I have always used off airport parking and this is the worst by far. The staff are very rude. Shuttle not on time. And Be ready to walk a long distance from your car with your luggage to the pick up space and same when returning back to your car. I will never park here again. 0 star

Wow, that was not my experience. I have left my vehicle and they were there to pick me up from the airport every time and upon rent my vehicle was were I parked it
I used an online coupon i think mine was $5 a day but the hours fit my needs. I had no problem 🤷🏾♀️

Because they are not a legitimate company nor do they desire to be. Making a reservation and paying in advance isn't even a guarantee you'll get a parking space. I did exactly that showed up during operating hours and was told they are full, I said how is that possible I've already paid for a reservation, they dodged the question an suggested somewhere that might still have parking, basically they sold the spaces people had reserved to people who just showed up as "pay at the lot" cost more, earning them more money, well actually a lot more as they say they'll refund you but they won't. Even reported this to the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority and they said they hear that all the time about Omni Parking,if you make a 2:30am reservation you won't be able to park there nor get your money back amazed they are still open

It took me a while to get a refund after getting double charged, but they did come through. Email them about it.
When you book your next flight just reserve your parking using your credit. There is an 800 # you can call also. They are very helpful.
No room for an 18 wheeler to navigate. Though if they have the keys they can walk in and retrieve your vehicle. There isnt really any security.
The shuttle doesn't run from midnight through 4am, it might be cutting it a little close. Honestly I was a little frustrated, I flew back into Orlando Florida last Wednesday around 9:30pm was about 10pm by the time I got my luggage. I requested the shuttle around 10:08 it took an hour for the shuttle to come by and pick us up. Was a little afraid I wasn't going to be able to get my car.
