UPDATE-PROPERTY HAS RUN COMPLETELY DOWN. LOOKS LIKE A WAR ZONE. NEW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT BOUGHT US AND THE FEW TENANTS LEFT THEY GAVE US A 28-DAY NOTICE TO GET OUT. WE HAD BEEN TOLD OVER THE LAST YEAR THAT THEY WOULD RENOVATE THE FRONT TWO BUILDINGS AND THEN MOVE US INTO THOSE ONCE THEY WERE FINISHED. NOW I AM HOMELESS. Moved back to Columbus from 30 years in Denver, and the management company is always open and ready to start working on any repairs that need to be done, they are always cleaning up the yards in the entire areaoh, they are friendly staff that are there to help at any time oh, and it's a place I can actually call my home

they charge 630$
You can not be discriminated against because of criminal records. It's illegal. However if you have history of late or no pay's and worse evictions forget about it.
I've never meet anyone in their but some of the tenants are rude
