I love living at this complex. The staff are always available to bring fun and entertainment. Maintenance staff answer complaints immediately. The amenities here is awesome. I love the community here at 801- Polaris Pkwy.

Lived here for a little over a year. I'd give it a 3/5 stars. The maintenance team will respond promptly. Expect pushback from the younger maintenance tech. Apparently, he can't wear a mask, but doesn't consider others who have compromised immune systems; he's very childish in his response when you request someone else who can wear a mask. The front office team is responsive and professional, however. My unit was always cold, expect a high electric bill. Your neighbors won't sound like they're in the next apartment, but rather in the next room. Loved the privacy of the balcony. Be prepared to pay $50 a month for parking in the garage. I never dealt with pests. All in all, not a bad place to live, just be expectant of some avoidable factors
