Jay came out to service our 20 year old central vacuum system. He found some leaky seals and checked the whole system from top to bottom. Very professional and friendly They were the only central vac company to say they would even come to my house to fix what I thought was a clog. The whole experience working with Jay and his wife Donna, who took the reservation, was amazing!

I had a 20+ year central vac head attachment I tried to tidy up "myself" and suprise...it did not function after I re assembled it! I brought the vac to Jay at Central vac he looked it over and stated it was in fact working! Both he and Donna were a pleasure to do business with!! I had no idea there was a shop such as this in Shrewsbury!! I will definitely use their services again!

I had a great experience with Certified Vacuum--the technician was prompt, friendly, and clearly knew his stuff. I really appreciate that there was no hard selling. I purchased one new vacuum for my central vac system, but he discouraged me from replacing my second vacuum, saying it was in good enough shape to last me a few more years. It's not often that you get this kind of honesty from someone who could make an additional sale, but it goes a long way toward building a good customer relationship. When I do need to replace this vacuum down the road, I will definitely buy it from Certified Vacuum.
