I've bought 2 vehicles from Wagner Kia of Shrewsbury. My experiences with the sales staff were both very easy, to the point and both transactions happened within a day. I wish i could tell you about the service department, but my 2013 KIA optima was so reliable, it never needed any attention outside of regular maintenance. I owned it for 6 years and put 140K on it, NO ISSUES. I recently bought a KIA Stinger, from a new salesman Jacob who was very helpful. His manager Shaun was also very helpful in the process. Both purchases involved a trade-in which i thought both values offered from the dealership were reasonable. Definitely did not have the "I just got ripped off" feeling that other places have given. I highly recommend the car manufacturer and the dealership.

Always an excellent experience! Very accommodating with service appointments. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted in a friendly manner. They take the time to explain things to you. Every person in the service department has always been super nice. Comfortable waiting room. I have purchased two vehicles there. I highly recommend them!

I had an excellent experience at the service center of Wagner Kia. The staff were friendly and kind, both behind the desk and in the garage. While I waited for my vehicle’s oil change and diagnostics on a check engine light, I was given status updates. The waiting area was clean, bright, and comfortable. Complimentary coffee and tea were available, plus there were well-stocked vending machines full of snacks and other drinks. The good folks here even washed and vacuumed my car before handing back my keys! Thanks, Wagner Kia crew, for taking such good care of me and my car! My whole experience was super pleasant from beginning to end.

All state and CDC guidelines are carefully followed. Cleaning is regularly performed throughout the day and a cleaning crew comes through at night.
You'll need the key number which makes it easier and cheaper for them to make otherwise you'll be paying much more. And it can vary from dealership to dealership. Calling would definitely help
