They will not let you browse. You have to give them a $100 deposit for their “service” in helping you pick out lighting. And they are by appointment only. Don’t waste your time.

Excellent customer service. The owners were very friendly, patient and helpful in helping us find pendant lights. We wanted specialty bulbs they did not carry in their store. However they did the research for us and provided the information we needed to order the bulbs. The owners went out of their way to provide excellent customer service.

What a weird place. After looking for weeks online and deciding the styles of lights I wanted for my renovation, I decided to go someplace local to purchase. I drove there and found out it was appointment on (from an employee who was the only person in the store). I asked if I could look around as I knew what I wanted. I could give them 100 dollars, make an appointment, and if I purchase the 100 goes to the item I buy. They said they sold "service" and "wouldn't be a showroom for the internet".
