I went in to buy a car, ready with a check in hand and good credit. I had some questions and the Manager on duty came over to speak with me. He started to raise his voice at me and was very condescending. I said that he was being rude. I guess he didn’t like this so he said he didn’t want to do business with me. This is fine, because if he is this inept in speaking with customers, I am sure he is in other parts of closing a deal. Glad I found out before I bought a car here.

Biggest volume dealer in Massachusetts. Can get a great deal on the Subaru you've always wanted. Kind of a fast paced environment but every time I've been there I haven't felt pressured. Joe Dinneen, the salesman I dealt with was phenomenal. We weren't able to make a deal but he tried so hard. Maybe next time I can get into that nice new Ascent. Will be visiting again.

The best experience buying a car I have ever had!!! Staff was super friendly, they didn't try to sell me something I didn't want and took the time to show me each vehicle I was considering while answering the thousands of questions I had lol my sales consultant was awesome. They even took the time to introduce me to their service team which was great because now I know exactly who to see for my first oil change :) Thanks to everyone at Patrick Subaru!! When we bought our new Outback, we had a remote starter installed. We installed the aftermarket version. Patrick Subaru can do that as well, or they can tell you where they go.

I have owned this car for just three weeks. While away on vacation last week, the battery was dead one morning. I jumped it to start. I called a local dealer and was informed that the oem battery has only 335 cca which is about what my lawn tractor has. They added that Subaru has a tsb to upgrade the system to preserve or reduce electrical consumption. They also added that Subaru has a tsb to upgrade the software to allow easier programing of the audio/radio system. I'm just trying to familiarize myself with this vehicle so we can enjoy this car. The window sticker was not provided to us after the sale so I'm not sure what the standard equipment is for a 2.5I Limited is or what options were on this vehicle. This is our first Subaru.
