It's a generic hotel nothing special so don't get too excited, but they execute the business model well. It has no beach vibes and no terraces or balconies, but for what it is as a generic chain they really do great. The highlight is the workers, they are super clean and attentive and friendly. Location is really family friendly as well being close to the beach and ice cream shop. Its also super close to tail chasers which is a great place to take the family and tie one off (have a few drinks) since they have a playground there. One downside about location is the candy shop attached to the hotel... Seems like a good thing for kids but really it just invites drama everytime you walk outside 😂. Otherwise I wouldn't shy away from this place again considering it's budget friendly.

My significant other and I stayed here for 5 nights. We really enjoyed our stay here. The complimentary breakfast was good, the rooms were up-to-date and clean. It was only about 6-7mins walking distance to the beach from the hotel which was PERFECT for us. There is mini golf course next door, along with a candy kitchen and a grottos pizza which is super good, btw! The only complaint I have is that you don’t get housekeeping services unless you stay for longer than 3 days, which okay, I get that, but after our 3rd night I woke up in the morning and asked the front desk if we could get our room cleaned with new towels and they said yes, so my boyfriend and I went to the beach until about 3pm expecting to come back to a clean room and unfortunately it was not. It didn’t clean our whole 5 night stay there. Nonetheless, we would recommend this hotel and would stay here again! :)

Positive: All the staff were very nice. From Lauren the supervisor to the the breakfast lady. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable but pillows could improve, a bit too soft for our family. Pool was great, my kids enjoyed their time at the pool. Negative: Nothing really... Maybe more hot breakfast varieties one day to another? Can't really complain much though given it's free.

All the staff were very nice but the front desk associate named Sonny was absolutely awesome, friendly and extremely helpful from the time I called to book a room, with ever interaction we had with him during our stay until the time we left days later. Great customer service is everything and he definitely stood out from the other staff and made sure we had a good stay!
