I agree. Although the sales dept was great, the service dept is the worst I have ever encountered! When you bring your car in for service you expect them to do their job. They rotated my tires and never saw two of the tires had the mesh visible!

If you're not Happy with them, I had an Awesome Experience with Paramus CJD when I Bought my New Dodge Ram a few months ago. They are located on Rte.4 Paramus. The Salesmans name was Warren, and the Service Dept. Is always Busy so they Must be Good.

I think Chrysler on route 46 is the worse dealership ever. I have radio issues, and everyone lies, hung up the phone and give you multiple different stories. Never will buy another car on route 46 chrysler. No one cares the same after buying.
