Worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life, they put a kid at the parts department, I called 4 days ago for rear struts for es350 they side it will have to be ordered I was like okay order it I have an account with you, next day I drove 35 minutes to get there so they can tell me it didn’t arrive, come back tomorrow, I went back they don’t have it again kid behind the count say they got push to another day I was like why tell me to come then….. Basically what I want say they waste people’s time, irresponsible, and disrespectful… I won’t go there again ever….

i leased rxl 350 3 years ago. it came end of lease and i wanted to buy my leased car. i went to dealer 3 times. it's boring. and finally, we spoke with nice guy (Larry Rendon) he helped me a lot. thanks Larry , and i bought my leased car. but i waited 5 hours its long time.

I visited several dealerships in North Jersey and found Tri County Lexus to be super professional with great service. I really appreciated the fact that this dealership wasn't taking advantage of the Covid and post Covid above MSRP price gouging. Their prices where fair and they even provided few perks as part of my purchase. Sara, the sales Rep was very knowledgeable and ensured my purchase experience went smoothly without any delays. In and out from the dealership in 2 hours after a test drive. I highly recommend this dealership!
