This was my second time using the service dept, and again I was helped by Krystle. My wait time was less than an hour for a scheduled appointment for code issue that appeared when I had a routine oil change by my home . She assured me that they checked everything and did not see the turbo code . Also when I arrived , asked if I felt any difference in driving the car etc, or did any lights go on. Fortunately the car did not need any repairs, but assured me if there was any problems to call her immediately, and she would find room to get in for service, A great asset to customer service team, as she really does care. That is a question for the financial person at the dealership. How much you put down, the model and options you choose for your car. Your credit rating too.
Just one call has always worked for us. Why would it take more? We have been dealing with them for about 8 years. Never had a problem.
