This is the same thing they did to us..we found out this after 1 year...went to see the sales manager or anyone who could answer..no one came to even talk to us..these are fraud people..don't go by their good reviews guys

I do not recommend Toyota in Universal services they are the worst
Call the service shop and if they don't they can do a locate and find a dealership who has them if you need them the same day.

No clue, all I know their advertising prices are way off of walkout price, regret %100 that got a car from them, I thought Toyota Corp dealers were honest. Advertising price $17,995, walkout price $23.900😠😠😠.
