Só bad experience. They lie so much. Sold the car and don’t kept the price. After take your down payment they change the price of the car. Made me spend so much time and never sell the car the same time the seller tell you.

This is the same thing they did to us..we found out this after 1 year...went to see the sales manager or anyone who could answer..no one came to even talk to us..these are fraud people..don't go by their good reviews guys

I got the exact same experience here about the days ago. I guess this is their sales strategy. I also had similar experience with another toyota dealer. I am just wondering is this a toyota thing or just I am unlucky to run into two bad apples in one day?

Yes, we too had very bad experience. They don’t know how to treat customers, they need professional training. Especially the sales Manager interacted with us used harsh words.It is the shame for Toyota.

well thats the way they do it. they add the down payment to your total loan. there is a fornula to this A=A+Prt. or something. and thats how they make their money.

Sale persons are lying scammers. Service managers are worst. Always tells you a lie to cover their back. People working in the service department are bunch of opportunist, lazy and lying scammers. All they want is your money. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND DON’T DO BUSINESS HERE. ALL THEY TELL YOU IS “ WE ARE SORRY FOR YOUR EXPERIENCE “. YOU WILL BE CRYING YOUR HEART OUT DEALING WITH THESE LIARS.
