I think Chrysler on route 46 is the worse dealership ever. I have radio issues, and everyone lies, hung up the phone and give you multiple different stories. Never will buy another car on route 46 chrysler. No one cares the same after buying.

I've had problems with my Radio too. They always say that they can't verify the issue even after showing them in person what the issue is. Their service department could use more training, but their service department is way better than their sales.

I tried this morning to get a loaner Jeep Wrangler from the dealership while the below issue is resolved in court. The Service Manager has instructed me that he can not do that. So I'm also without a car while this legal action is in process. Summation of Events I purchased a brand new 2020 Jeep Wrangler from Beyer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on Wednesday 5/16/2020 at or around 2:30pm. I immediately drove the new vehicle to Route 46 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram's Service Department. I arrived the same day at or around 3pm. I drove the new Jeep less than 10 miles. I was having the Service Dept at Rt 46 Jeep install a Mopar Life, Steering Stabilizer as well mount and balance 5 new tires on my existing OEM wheels. They worked on the Jeep Thursday and Friday. I was contacted on Saturday stating my new Jeep would be ready for pickup at 3pm. I think that you are probably right. I just called to make an appointment to change the motor oil to my 2012 Gran Cherokee overland, and because it was going to be only that, the lady who answered the phone made no effort to give me an appointment, so I have now to ge another place.

Went to them twice to order parts, both times the parts were wrong. When they gave me a refund I had to write my cc info on a piece of paper. Really? Are we in the 80s lol I'll never go back!

I agree. Leased a car from them and for two months waiting for plates and registration. No one calls you back and they keep transferring you to answering machine.
