Go to a manager. Also with online sites like true car ..look it up and get the facts
In response to the comment of go to the manager, the managers are bigger criminals than the salesmen; contact the NJ Attorney Generals office and file a consumer complaint; they lose every time because the authorities have a long record of their misdeeds. The problem is most people get mad then just don't pursue the complaint, that's why you were allowed to be taken advantage of because the last complainant gave up. Something to think about if not for yourself then help your fellow man or woman-fight the good fight.
This just happened to me two weeks ago. I was wondering if you got any explanation and what the outcome was? I didn't notice until I looked at the paperwork the next day, This car is for my daughter and I was there to help her purchase it but I didn't catch the difference. I spoke to the financial guy the other day (after 10 days of playing phone tag because he NEVER picks up or calls back the same day!) and he gave me some BS explanation and told me he would email me a broken down invoice which I have not received. This place is BAD!
You can go back and ask for explanations for the increase in the price by the extra thousands. What were they for? Request to see the president of the company or someone with authority. If they can not justify the extra thousands satisfactory, the take it to Social media and the Press to reveal how you were swindle out of the extra thousands by the dealer and you can also seek justice from the courts.
