I purchased a new key for my Buick which had to be programed. The parts person was friendly and nice. He told me the key had to be programed which i had scheduled to done. The only problem was that i gave them the new key to program along with my old key. The old key did not get programed which i realized when i got home. I came back today to find out the key could not be programed. They should have told me when I paid the bill.
