I've had positive experiences with the dealership up until my last two appointments. There is a service consultant that works there is the most arrogant pompous individual I've ever come across. Vincent Mingion is the absolute worse. Treats the customers like he is doing them a favor by even talking to them. He should not be in a position to be dealing with customers. I sent an email as well as a message regarding the service I received from him and never got a call or reply back. Horrible!!!

I got a answer at 2:30pm from a secretary who then transferred me to service about my 8:30am appointment to rotate tires. I was told my truck has not been seen and it at a different location. I gues the service guy works on commission and he didn't like it when I declined a transfer case oil change to synthetic. I thought it fishy when he said not to wait it so going to be a while. Stay awsy do not buy a car here, send certainly do not take it there for service.
Unfortunately that is the same for other dealerships. I bought my (used) truck at a dealer further from me had to show up there to get what I needed.
No they dont answer and if you call too much theyll hang up on you if thats not good enough they will keep you on hold while they eat snacks and sugar for 20 minutes just to get back on the phone and say the advisor or manager will call you back hold your breath. Itll never happen just DONT GO THERE THE MANGER ON THE NEWS FOR CHRIST SAKE. GUILTY
