For my first apartment ever. This is honestly the worst place I’ve lived in, always issues with the water and for how much I pay per month it’s not even worth it.

These apartments are awful you never know if you will have hot water. My friend's has been there 3years and i don't know why she has had roaches the whole three years and they paint over the bathtub instead of replacing it also the structure is failing. They shouldn't be raising anyone's damn Rent.

I just left those apartments. It was time for me to sign a new lease but the water bill was always high and the rent just became too much paying almost if not 1100+ a month and i just couldnt afford it anymore

I lived there for 2 years, about 5 years ago, and it had always had water issues. Water gets shut off for "repairs" about once a week for an entire day.
