Let’s just be honest if you just need to get off the streets then this is the place for you. You get what you pay for. No hot water for months no ac during summer no heat during winter water damage in the ceiling maintenance is a joke the office staff is nice but these apts owners need to tears these down gutted and rebuilt thank god I’m now financially stable to move worse apts I’ve ever seen.

I am so grateful that God has provided a place for me and my children, but this place sucks. They don't like getting things fixed. The maintenance guys are awesome, it's the apartment staff that don't like paying the extra cost for getting parts and other things. The rent is way too high for what you get which is nothing. I wouldn't recommend this place to a blind man.!!!!

Don't do it! The manager (black lady) in the office is really sweet but that doesn't make up for how trashy this apartment is. Roaches every where no matter what you do and these must be super roaches because you can barely catch them, the apt is very old with many cracks so they squeeze which means they are forever with you. The outside is dirty, it's always trash in the parking lot, stairway, breeze way, really everywhere you can think of. Kids are always fighting. Someone got raped a couple months back in these apts. Shooting also. Parking is crappy someone always hitting your car door. $700+utilities for a one bedroom that's supposed to be upgraded but I don't see it. The patio on the first floor is not a patio it's just a back door, there isn't any closet space other than the one in the bedroom. Pest control has raid cans that clearly bring roaches instead of getting rid of them not only that you pay for it every month but have to call for them to come.. Literally two windows which you cannot open due to no screens unless you want the outside filth in your home. Other than that the floor plan is nice and spacious but you will have extra friends staying with you and enjoying the space 🐜🐝!

These people are unprofessional in my books and they don't communicate well with you the proper way and they are not honest. Whatever pictures they put on here don't do their selves justice because the apartments are not that nice. They could've at least given us half our deposit back when we decided to cancel. I understand they held the apartment for 2months, I didn't realize it was that long and I apologize for my attitude but I think it's only right that they give us at least half our deposit back. The Apartments also look old and with as much app fee and deposit they charge, you'd think they could get the gate fixed and update the apartments so they don't look so old. I would advise people to go somewhere better if you want to deal with real professional people. If you want more proof this place is bad, just read more reviews, I'm glad I didn't move there even though they stole my money. Just my opinion👍🏼
