Do not move here if you want a pool they do not know how to keep a pool open always an reason, 4 people and never open. They do not care and if they say they do then they would have pools clean and open everyday, someone needs to report it to the city of ftw. When the pools are open they look dirty and turn green fast, pool filters never one.

My grandmother is currently renting. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. was listed available 1st but Didnt get the keys until the 15th. You'd think the apartment would be ready but the sink drains are clogged, dishwasher floods dirty water leaving at foul odor. Doors are damaged, paint chipping and electrical outlets are exposed not working a shock hazard to children. See Maintenance walking around all day when I drop my son off. Here neighbors having similar problem

Been here for a little over a year now. I never had any issues with my unit. Until recently. Huge rats came out of freaking nowhere… I’m assuming the cold weather had them searching for warmth idk but they’re scary big. I did let management know and they have since sent pest control over so hopefully that will take care of the issue. Other than that I think Erin the office lady does a good job in responding to questions or requests. Thanks !

My S/O and I have lived here for nearly a year now. Overall, we love it and planning to renew our lease. There are only a few complaints. It seems like buildings 1-7 get the water shut off for a few hours at least a couple times a month, but this has actually never disrupted our chores or routine so its no big deal for us. Going in the entrance gate and out the exit gate, there is a sizeable dip that scratches to bottom of my car, which is a bit annoying. And currently, maintenance requests are moving very slow. However, this was my first time renting a place, I believe I came here right after Erin took over and she was extremely helpful in breaking down the lease agreement for me. It seems like management was pretty poor before she came in. There are also frequent community activities which is really great. All of my interactions with management and maintenance staff have been great. If the gate ever stops working, they're very quick to get it fixed. No place is absolutely perfect so the minor inconveniences are nothing compared to how much we like the property and the staff. Definitely recommend it here.
