This place has bad management and no amenities as advertised. I moved in 7 months ago and the security gate was broken..it still is. It's July and the pool is still not functioning and is closed. The fitness center is locked and management is not saying why. There is no area to just sit outside except for a deteriorating picnic table in the sun by a playground and no pets are allowed. I'd think twice about living here. Its website is advertising amenities that simply are not there

Beautiful atmosphere shopping area within 5 minutes from your front door on feet just across the breezeway over 10 restaurants three shopping centers and a whole lot of traction beautiful beautiful can't wait to move see y'all February 1st sunset point

Hated it ..nice apt. Expensive rent but their are a problem with Hacking and game playing... Landlord don't care....housing authorities need to revoke some of these vouchers... I do not recommend these apartment to no one..needs to check backgrounds...even if they renew lease.

When I moved in last year there was a different office staff that made everything so easy, we moved in ASAP. They were very quick to respond to any problems we had, maintenance or not. I could praised them over and over, very polite ladies. But the new staff, including the new property manager is very lazy. Took over two months just to fix the key to our mailbox after I informed them multiple times. We moved out in May, and they have still not given us our security deposit back, even though I have emailed and called. I was nice enough to give them time after being informed of a new property manager, but after finding out she hasn’t even reviewed our paperwork I am very upset. Would not recommend to anyone.
