Lived here for more than a year now. Everything’s great. Dumpsters are clean, maintenances are done quickly, quiet neighbors (for me) and managements are friendly. Muriel was the young lady who renewed our lease and she was quick to take care of our requests when we had a few minor issues after moving in. And wholeheartedly, I also appreciate the fact that she remembers the people she’s helped and will greet you with a big smile. Do recommend. It’s hard to find apartments with good managements and friendly staffs like they have here (compared to my previous experiences).

The women who work at the leasing office are totally incompetent. If you are think about moving in here, don't do it save yourself the headache of having to deal with totally incompetent women. I have lived here for just about a year now and I cannot wait to move out. From day one this place has been a complete nightmare. Let me just say this, my A/C did not work for over 6 months, I put in work orders every single month to have it fixed and they refused to fix it until I contacted their main management group. Now, for the past 4 months I have had a large hole in my ceiling due to a water line leak and they are refusing to patch the hole because according to the girls at the leasing office, it is just an inconvenience not an emergency. So, I have been living with a cardboard box on my ceiling for the past 4 months all the while paying nearly 2k in rent a month.

The management here is the least empathetic, incompetent group of people that I’ve ever seen at an apartment complex. If you want something fixed, don’t expect them to get back to you in a timely fashion because their only priority is taking your money. They don’t work with you or try to help you in any way and frankly will just lie to your face to get you off their back. In the time that I’ve lived here my toilet cracked flooded, they wouldn’t let me break my lease. I lost AC for a week, through no fault of my own, they still wouldn’t let me break my lease. Someone hung them self in front of my apartment and I witness it. Even after that traumatic event they still wouldn’t let me break my lease. I had a family emergency and needed to leave, and they told me it would take about two months to lease out my apartment. When I asked for updates they dodged me. Now it has been almost 5 months and they have made it clear that it is simply not a priority to them. If you are looking for an apartment complex with helpful staff who care about their tenants avoid this place at all cost. Don’t believe these reviews, I’ve heard them pressuring people to leave positive reviews while in the leasing office.

Love my home here at Firestone. Apartments are updated but still have some historic charm. Location is great, super close to several fun areas. My move in experience was great, Traci was friendly & helpful through the process. The girls in the office are always attentive to any questions. Only plus around with a basketball court & sand volleyball court.
