The prices when they were first opened made sense for the quality of living but since then they have raise them to about 1300+. I’ve lived here since they opened and I’m sorry but it’s not worth it. The apartments look nice on the inside but very quickly you will start to realize how poorly built they are. They basically force you to pay for a parking spot because there’s hardly any that you don’t have to pay for and if you park anywhere else you risk getting your vehicle towed. They are so money hungry it really just ruins the living experience along with everything else wrong.Good luck ordering a package they go through a 3rd party app and it makes food delivery and packages so much more difficult to receive than it should be. Will not be renewing my lease

Absolutely the worst place you could decide to live. Here’s 3 reasons why. 1. AWFUL PARKING. The parking is absolutely AWFUL, good luck finding anywhere to park especially if you have chosen to live in building 2 or 3 because all the parking is now retail parking from 8 am to 10 pm. And resident or not you will be towed. 2. DIRTY, you would think since the staircase is the only way to the second and third floor that they would be clean but you’d be WRONG. Filthy, urine covered stairs and areas in the staircase is what you’ll experience at the Dylan. And when an animal does pee, it’ll take them 1-2 weeks to clean it up. 3. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, dealing with Keisha was absolutely the worst part of living at the dealing she’s unprofessional and rude, last year I had to argue with her about a parking situation and she tried to LIE to me and basically blame the whole situation on me, not helpful in the slightest, and she dodged responsibility.
