I lived in this community for over five years and paid all bills on time ! The current owners will charge you for all kinds of extra charges upon move out. The property is supposed to be secured by gates which are never closed ?? Upon leaving an extra water bill of 100.00 was charged to me without my knowledge. All other water bills were about 35.00 max. Then the outside cleaning service must be used to clean the apartment or another 145.00 cleaning bill will be levied against you. Then they advertise that all units are newly remodeled with hard wood floors and marble tops throughout. None of which were in my apartment because of the length of time I lived there. But now they say that remodeling of units is a selective process which mine was not one, even though they remodeled the one directly above my unit. Watch out they will tell you anything to get you there and then lie about it when you leave !!! Update the corporate office responded to my review and apologized and told me to contact the location to see if a settlement could be reached. The circle starts again !!! RUN AWAY DON’T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. They do not care about you.

Just to let you know if they tow your car they drop it seen it happen multiple times. These apartments don’t care about their residents or guests. Done with this place and would never recommend. Partnered with the towing company. Woke up and hour after they towed and it’s already $317. Disgusted.

I have lived here for over a year, and it has not improved! Most of the dumpsters are constantly overflowing. Folks do not clean up after their dogs. The maintance man (there's only one) does not speak English, thus making it impossible for folks who don't speak Spanish to communicate with him when he's in their unit. There is no accessible entryway to any breezeways or sidewalks because of how the parking lot is striped. If you needed to be taken out on a gurney, I don't know how that would be possible. Roaches are constant no matter how clean your unit is. The building I love in has foundation issues. As I walk into my bedroom it feels like I'm going down a hill. This has caused issues in my bathroom. The baseboards and bath tub caulking is separated from the walls. The yard company they hired, Pro Lawn Care, has blown yard debris onto my car and other vehicles three weeks in a row. When I complained the second time, the office lady told me the company has new people. If you don't have to move to this specific complex, please don't!

We have lived here since early July and nothing has improved here… I understand that it’s a new company but this is horrible. The pools have been shut down all summer, the gym isn’t even a gym and we don’t have a way to use it, there are roaches everywhere outside and most people have to deal with them inside too (even though we pay for pest control), our ac is always going out and our apartment gets to 80+ degrees, and no one seems to care. Ever since we moved in, even the staff was rude to us and didn’t seem to care about people… this is horrible. I might need to look into a new apartment place..
