Pay $11-1200 a month to live in a gated apartment so that my kids and I feel safer but the gates have been stuck open and they have strange men hanging out at night around the trash areas. I feel that for this price I shouldn't need to worry about these things. I've complained to the apartment's and they are just putting out notices that you can't loiter after 10pm. Maybe someone needs to go to the news channels and see if they can help our causes.

Friendly and helpful staff. Answers all questions quickly. **uodated review** My mother in law moved in the apartment in May. May the end of July they had ripped out most of her bar due to mold and leaking. In October we went on a vacation. While we were gone on vacation they did an inspection. We came back to having no keys because they had changed them due to the fact they lost their copy. While they were in there they also turned off all water in the kitchen due to a slab leak. She was there for 2-3 weeks with no water. Her kitchen torn up and unusable, she then had to go in a nursing home. Going on 3 months later she gets a check for her deposit back. They gave back $55 of a $750 deposit. The place was cleaned. All damage to the apartments were from the AC leaks, kitchen leaks and slab leaks that were there before she moved in. You can’t call or go by the office bexuSe no one is in. Any time you call the voicemail is full.

My husband and I moved in here in 2015- we were the first residents in this complex. Moved out in September 2019 because of unresolved maintenance issues. Mold in our home due to SEVERAL water leaks that were not taken care of correctly, never even attempting to even dry it up- just constant patches as well as an AC unit that again kept being temporarily fixed. I went though our lease and followed through with the three required written notices and whatnot as our maintenance requests had been not acknowledged and some even deleted. Managers were turning over during this madness so there was zero communication in the office regarding our issues. A new manager came and we explained we had already submitted our final notice, she understood, did a walkthrough and took additional photo evidence so we would not be liable for our lease termination or damages. TODAY I received a notice that $998 was sent to collections. For what, I have no idea. There was zero communication with us after move out FOR TWO YEARS. We provided contact info and forwarding addresses as requested. We are in the process of trying to buy a house and now that is on pause because we have to get this removed somehow. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
